Precipitator Components
Thermal Transfer manufactures internal components for precipitators, including discharge electrodes and collecting plates that
are typically used as replacement parts for existing installations. Electrostatic precipitators (ESP) are used to collect
particulate found in waste gas streams generated by fossil fuel power plants and other industrial processes.
Thermal Transfer fabricates OEM components for electrostatic precipitators, including the following:
Collecting Plates
- Research Cottrell G-Opzel, E-Opzel and special panel arrangements
- Other precipitator manufacturer's plate designs - Call for details
Collecting plates are supplied in standard widths from 5 feet to 12 feet and lengths from 20 feet to 52 feet. Panels are
available in 20 gauge, 18 gauge and 16 gauge thickness. Materials of construction are in accordance with project requirements |

Rigid Discharge Electrodes
Discharge electrodes are supplied in 1-1/2" O.D. and 2" O.D. tubes and lengths from 22 feet to 52 feet. Materials of construction
are in accordance with project requirements. |
